Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return for exchange or full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Califontain has a generous return policy, instead of trashing unsellable returns, we donate them to the Child Protection & Abuse Charities.

When you order your exchange, Califontain identifies products as aren’t fit for resale, and issues a shipping label directing them to the one of the Child Abuse Prevention nonprofit organizations accross the world. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We also provide you the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $0.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your item’s tracking number or proof of shipment we will process your refund. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

What is proof of shipment?

Proof of shipment is a document that may be in the form of a physical receipt or a digital file. The document shows that the shipment has been handled and sent out.

Proof of shipment will include the exact date when the order was shipped and customer contact details. This includes information like the recipient’s address, their zip/postal code, and any other details relevant to the delivery.

The client information on the document must match any details the customer provided when making the purchase.

Califontain can view their proof of shipment to confirm that their order has been dispatched and is heading to the correct location.

What is a tracking number?

A tracking number is a unique identifier assigned to each shipment. This number allows you to track the status of your shipment. Tracking numbers are available through the website of the shipping company or via email.
